Established in March 2000, PDX.com Sdn Bhd is a company with a ‘Golden Share’ held by the Government of Malaysia via MOF Inc. The company’s primary objective is to facilitate an electronically seamless G2C (Government to Citizen) system. In November 2000, PDX received MSC status accreditation and has since been dedicated to promoting and innovating Electronic Government services in Malaysia. PDX’s technological prowess was acknowledged in 2002 when it was awarded the MSC-APICTA award in the ‘Best of e-Government Applications and Services’ category. Today, PDX has emerged as the leading gateway provider for e-government services in Malaysia.
In its capacity as the gateway provider, PDX.com will establish the necessary infrastructure to make government services available through the internet. This will enable Malaysians to electronically access personal data held in government departments and conduct transactions with various agencies, including online payments. The eServices initiative will also facilitate intra-agency connectivity, leading to more efficient and effective communication and consequently higher productivity. All these benefits will contribute to the development of an efficient and paperless administrative machinery.

PDX.com has been designated as the Gateway Provider for the e-services initiative. In this capacity, PDX serves as a central access point for MyEG Services Bhd, Konsortium Multimedia Swasta Sdn Bhd, and MySpeed.com Sdn Bhd (now known as MyEG Sdn Bhd), who act as Service Providers, and a Government Agency acting as the Service Supplier.
Essentially, PDX functions as a Single Window for all involved parties.
e-insurance
The PDX E-Insurance Gateway acts as an intermediary between JPJ and insurance companies, functioning as the sole point of contact. Its primary function is to establish a secure communication channel that allows for the exchange of data between the two parties.
The gateway system facilitates automated integration, enabling the authentication of cover notes and policies used for vehicle license renewal.
